The International Latgale Graphic Art Symposium aims to establish the graphic medium in Daugavpils and promote the name of Latgale on an international scale by continuously attracting new creators who work in the graphic medium and engaging them in artistic activities in this particular region of Latvia.

The 9th International Latgale Graphic Art symposium is organised by Art Teachers’ Association in cooperation with Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre. The symposium is a creative forum for internationally renowned printmakers who can draw inspiration from the urban environment of Daugavpils and produce unique and contemporary graphic art.
